Think Pink! Free T-Shirt to First 200!
Evangel University women's volleyball is teaming up with the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks, CoxHealth and radio station Alice 95.5 FM for a "Pink Out" Night on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 7 p.m.
The first 200 fans attending the game will receive a free pink t-shirt commemorating the event. All shirts are in adult sizes. The "Pink Out" game is part of a series of local events highlighting National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Members from the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks, including breast cancer survivors along with a special guest from Alice 95.5 FM will serve as honorary coaches on the Evangel bench during that night's game.
CoxHealth will also provide information on screenings and other educational material from their Breast Care Clinic and the Hulston Cancer Center.
The Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks provides local resources for those affected by breast cancer, promotes breast cancer awareness, and provides resources and support for individuals and their families in the local area who are and have been affected by breast cancer.
